Writing Style: Default is bracket style, but will prose if asked.

Backtagging: Until the end of time, but if the characters are just doing small talk I can handwave.

Threadhopping: If it's a plot heavy thread, ask permission first please! Otherwise jump on in!

Offensive Subjects: If there's cw then i'm fine with anything.

IN CHARACTER

Physical Violence: I'm always happy for Byleth to get into scuffles and fights, though if there's a chance of serious injury I'd prefer to talk it out first.

Death/Dissipation: Please discuss first.

Physical Affection: He's kinda awkward when it comes to such things. He's a little like a stray cat, you gotta build up to it. But once you hit Support A, he'll accept tactile characters touching him affectionately.

Shipping/Sex: If it happens, it happens! But with Byleth any shipping would progress at the same speed as boiling water at room temp, so you'll need to be patient...

Telepathy: Sure!

Offensive Subjects: He's a mercenary, so has killed people before, and can be incredibly blunt about things. He was also briefly possessed by Sothis, but he will rarely if ever bring this up (though may allude to this loss in body control in brackets). Aside from that, nothing comes to mind at the moment.
